Motorhome Hire charges
Our 2009 hire rates inclusive of VAT are as follows:

Our motorhome hire period normally runs from Friday to Friday, unless otherwise arranged. The collection and return times are outlined below:

However, you can hire the motorhomes for short breaks; the collection times are outlined below:

1.5 Booking Deposit
On booking we require £250 deposit for each week hired, which is not refundable. The balance of the hire charge is due 1 month before the start of hire. For bookings less than one month before hire commences the payment is required in full at the time of booking.
1.6 Refundable Security Bond
A £750 Refundable Security Bond will be collected from the hirer, which will be refunded when the van is returned in a clean, acceptable and undamaged condition. This includes all internal fixtures & fittings. Any costs exceeding £750 will be subsequently picked up by our insurance company.
Fuel and Mileage
Motorhomes will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be returned full (A Surcharge of £25 will be made in addition to the cost of refilling the tank if the motorhome is not returned with a full tank of fuel).
All prices quoted include unlimited mileage.
1.6.1 Free Car Parking
Free car parking of your car for the duration of your holiday at owners risk
1.6.2 Insurance
The motorhomes are fully insured for UK driving and can be insured for driving abroad (approximately an additional 50% of the daily insurance rate). The age of drivers should be above 21 and below 71 (Drivers aged 21 to 25 are charged at an additional 50% daily insurance rate).
1.7 AA Cover
Full AA cover is included in the hire and may be used in the event of a breakdown. In the event of an accident or breakdown, the cost of a replacement vehicle or alternative accommodation is NOT covered.
1.8 Smoking and Pets
There is no smoking or pets allowed in the Motorhomes.
